The Moringa tree, also known as the “wonder tree,” “Tree of Life,” “the miracle of God,” was given these nicknames for good reason. Many believe that the Moringa tree is the most “generous” in nature. Moringa leaves contain more than 90 nutrients, 46 antioxidants and all essential amino acids.

There are ten varieties of Moringa when Moringa Oleifare is the most widely known. Moringa was widely admired in the ancient world: Romans, Greeks and Egyptians made edible oil from the seeds and used the creation of perfumes and skin lotions. Moringa leaves are edible and consumed throughout West Africa and parts of Asia.

In Israel, Moringa Arava grows in the Arava, not far from the Dead Sea, in a soil rich in minerals (mainly calcium), and contains a high concentration of vitamin E.
